Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and spa specialists, exhibited professionalism, attention, and concern. The service approach was instilled with worldwide “hospitality” while retaining the Central region’s particular friendliness and simplicity.
The resort includes two outdoor pools: an infinity pool overlooking the sea for those who like stunning views, and a pool designed exclusively for families with small children, complete with floats, slides, and a variety of thrilling water sports. Children may play freely while adults unwind with a refreshing beverage.

On the first evening, my family selected to dine at Royal Shore Restaurant, a luxury restaurant facing the sea with an open area to greet the breeze and moonlight. The next morning, I went to Royal Café & Restaurant, which was close to the registration area and served a delicious breakfast buffet overlooking the cold blue swimming pool. Sipping a strong Hoi An coffee with my family while seeing the coconut palms reflect in the early morning light made for an exciting morning.
For those seeking a quiet location, the Royal Lounge is an excellent alternative, where you may drink a beverage, listen to light music, and converse with your loved one in a luxury and comfortable setting.
