The next morning, I went to Royal Café & Restaurant, which was close to the registration area and served a delicious breakfast buffet overlooking the cold blue swimming pool. Sipping a strong Hoi An coffee with my family while seeing the coconut palms reflect in the early morning light made for an exciting morning.
